This is where many young people stumble.
Launch Framework equips emerging professionals with communication skills that make you stand out, whether your interview is in-person or virtual. Participants learn by doing and tackle challenges such as:
Managing nervous energy
Strengthening delivery — volume, eye connection, body language, and more
Choosing the appropriate level of formality
Answering common interview questions with specific, unique responses

The first program kicks off in January 2027.
One group of ten participants will take part in four three-hour sessions.
