Scott Johnston
In his "day job" at Johnston Framework, Scott has coached more than 100 teams of architects, engineers, and contractors on highly competitive public and private projects for owners such as Seattle Public Schools, Sound Transit, Amazon, and many more.
After several guest lectures at the UW and working with his own two kids in college, he saw how the team interview skills he'd built for technical professionals could empower students at one of the most important times in their lives. Launch Framework's mission is to help young people improve their communication skills to land and excel in their first professional job.
The first program kicks off in January 2027.
One group of ten participants will take part in three three-hour sessions.
